At the rear of El Tecolote Libros - Bookstore there is a second Lilliputian store that is well named Traditions. The very small intriguing store is jammed full of small traditional craft art and collectibles. It is a little wonderland for kids of all ages.
It makes an eye catching exhibit of mini memorabilia. The trinkets make great mementos of Mexico and are super gift items. You have to find some cute little thing that you have to pick up.
In the high season from mid October through May the store is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 3pm. The hours are reduced during the summer months.
