The rental houses provide you with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, a large living room, fully furnished kitchen to prepare tasty meals in your own home, a patio and rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean, laundry (complete with washing machine and outdoor sink) and soon to come wireless internet access.

Every house stylishly decorated and furnished and all very comfortable.

Additional services (ask the manager) include airport shuttle service, daily excursions in surrounding areas (La Paz, Los Cabos, and nearby beaches), room cleaning and Mexican and Italian dinners can be prepared for you.

The nightly rate is $140 US dollars and there is a monthly rate of $2,500 US dollars. The prices relate to the houses not the number of people.
