La Ramada is a simple Mexican restaurant where you are sure to find many local customers. Be sure to look carefully since there is no sign out front, making it extremely easy to miss.
The restaurant is set in a breezy outdoor palapa and palo de arco patio allowing you to enjoy their tasty traditional meals. The meals that are most favored are the enchiladas, tostadas, and sopes with your choice of either chicken or shredded beef. The must-try plato mexicano consists of 2 taquitos, 2 fried corn quesadillas, and two sopes that will undoubtedly leave you satisfied and most likely a return customer.
La Ramada does not serve alcohol, but there is a beer store conveniently located next door. The Agua de Jamaica they serve is a tall, local ice tea that is very refreshing. There can be a small wait since there are only one or two women working, but definitely worth it.
