The Galeria La Coronela is the gallery and studio of the well known Mexican artist Victor Vega. Victor was born in Aguascaliente in Sonora, Mexico and studied visual arts at the San Carlos National Academy of Plastic Arts at UNAM in Mexico City. Victor moved to Baja California over 10 years ago and now resides and paints in Todos Santos.
Victor has participated in many individual and collective art exhibitions in Mexico and international forums. He has won awards for his creative excellence in the Northwestern Mexico Plastic Arts Salon and in the Sonora state painting tournament.
The paintings of Victor Vega hang in the collections of Mexican, American and other international collectors. He is very prolific and regularly changes his themes to satisfy his creativity and to keep his art fresh. Victor's art is also exhibited in many other galleries - 4 in the United States, several galleries in Cabo San Lucas and others in Todos Santos besides his own gallery.
