Annual Todos Santos Art Festival - Every year in early February for the past decade Todos Santos hosts its popular art festival drawing visitors from all over the world. Regional artists, musicians and filmmakers exhibit and perform in several venues all located within easy walking distance of the central plaza.

Art Galleries - Nearly all art galleries are within an easy walk of the central cathedral plaza. Printed gallery guides are often found in the area hotels and galleries with listing of galleries and artists studios.

Casa de Cultura - The Profesor Nestor Agundez Cultural Center located two blocks up Benito Juarez from the Hotel California has a historical library, gallery, ongoing cultural activities, workshops and a museum of local history and anthropology. (correct name Centro Cultural Profesor Nestor Agundez Martinez)

El Molino - Once a sugar refinery, this park is now a historic monument and is full of relics of an earlier era.

Festival del Pilar - Delightful, weeklong end-of-summer festival. If you plan to attend, arrive early in the morning and enjoy a whole day of browsing through street-side art exhibits. The streets are closed and filled with booths offering locally made leather goods, pottery and more. Enjoy the food stands full of traditional items and many carnival-style treats. The afternoons bring music and dancing that continues into the evening.

Misión de Nuestra Senora de Pilar - This mission, built in 1733, is perched above the town of Todos Santos and offers a spectacular view of the Valle de Pilar and the ocean. It is a tremendous opportunity to view the original architecture and many of the period furnishings that have survived intact.

Teatro - Cine - Theater - On the left side of the plaza is the local theater, Gral. Manuel Marquez de Leon. Construction began in 1943, with inauguration in February of 1944. It continues to be upgraded, and is used for concerts and special events. During the anniversary of the founding of Todos Santos (October 12) and other celebrations there are events every night.

Todos Santos Film Festival - Festival de Cine - The 7th Todos Santos Film Festival (TSFF), March 01 to 07, 2010, brings to Todos Santos and La Paz Latin American cinematography of great artistic and educational merit, while celebrating local and national Mexican film culture. This festival is usually held around the first week of March.
