Ataxcon is a new taste treat in Todos Santos. This casual little restaurant has plenty of friendly charm, very good food and comfortable more than pleasant atmosphere. This great new discovery serves up very traditional dishes that are typical from the state of Guerrero, Mexico. The owner and chef cooks up home made dishes inspired by family and local recipes from Taxco, Guerrero. The owner, Landi Ortega Guerrero, is very friendly and enthusiastic and just recently moved to Todos Santos from her family home in Taxco.
The menu is not printed. Rather the menu develops from the kitchen depending on the inspirations of the day. All the dishes are very typical of home cooked food from the region. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. All vegetables are disinfected and all water is purified.
Breakfast consists of egg dishes to your order, enchiladas, huevos a tomatados, frijoles ajolados, and more distinctive plates plus cafe de olla.
