The Arte de Taxco store is a very large family owned store that offers one stop shopping. The Vasquez family owns and operates the store all week long to keep everyone in the family busy. They have a very convenient location in the center of Todos Santos. The store is a series of rooms with a complete and diverse selection of hand made crafts and arts.
The shop starts with a broad choice of casual cotton clothing for women, men, boys and girls. Typical "ropa de manta", cotton clothing, for the family. Excellent for tropical climates and general lounging and relaxed strolls. The next room features an extensive assortment of silver work from Taxco, Mexico's premier silver district. Good quality silver work at decent prices. The rest of the store contains an excellent selection of authentic Talavera ceramic works from Oaxaca, very nice pewter pieces from the state of Mexico, hand blown glass from the Guadalajara region, and much more in the way of arts and crafts from all parts of the country.
