This large beautiful house is luxuriously decorated and furnished throughout including original art work covering the walls. It is surrounded by mature landscaping. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All bedrooms have king sized beds. There are two separate floors. Downstairs there is a great room with full kitchen, fireplace, a living room with TV and DVD and a large double patio with a dining area and barbecue. The spacious master bedroom has a gorgeous bath covered in Mexican tiles. The other charming bedroom on this floor has a 1/2 bath. Both have private entry double doors to the patio and views.
A private entry leads to the upstairs master suite with sitting area, fireplace and 2 patios with great views. There is TV and DVD with the suite. The upstairs may be rented separately.
The house is fully furnished with maid service available. There is satellite TV, wireless internet access and a whole house water purification system.
The rates are $225 US dollars per night plus 13% tax. Maid service is $75 US dollars for the stay and a $50 US dollar pet fee. Holiday and off season rates are available on inquiry. Visa, MasterCard and PayPal are accepted.
